Who Am I?

I’m Joshua Meunier. I like working on computers, conducting research for projects, and studying the Japanese language and culture.

What Am I Doing?

Currently, I’m a Freelancer working on PC repairs and conducting product reviews. I work part-time for G4S Secure Solutions as an Upscale Security Officer and part-time for First Transit as a Bus Operator for Savannah College of Arts and Design (SCAD). In addition to the previous, I am an Amateur Radio Operator with a Technician’s License operating as ​KB4JAM and attend Valdosta State University where I am currently working on my Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Leadership which will completed by December of 2019.

What Are Your Current Projects?

My current projects include creating and maintaining virtual web servers from home which includes cloud services, remote virtual machine, and web sites (including sub-sites). I also maintain a household LAN of about 40 devices including physical, virtual machines, and IoT devices all of which are segregated on their own VLANs (Virtual Locan Area Network).

What Are Your Goals?

Well, my goals tend to be a lengthy list, so I will try to keep it short.

  • Complete and continue to further my education in Information Technology and Organizational Leadership.
  • Join the USN (U.S. Navy for those who are uninitiated).
  • Study and learn the Japanese language and culture.
  • Travel the world starting with the following countries listed below:
    • Japan
    • China
    • Italy
    • England
    • Russia
    • Switzerland
    • Ireland
    • Scotland
