This is the site of Joshua J. Meunier, LLC. Established July 22, 2021 in the state of Georgia. This company started out as a hobby back in 2009 when Joshua enjoyed working on computers. When he attended the College of Coastal Georgia, he worked their as a Student Assistant in the computer labs around campus. In his free time and at work, he enjoyed working with students to resolve computer related issues. Most of the work he did was non-profit. It is also here where Joshua was ordained by the Universal Life Church as Father Joshua.
In 2013, Joshua transferred colleges leading him to Altamaha Technical College. It was within his first week in class where his professor saw something in him. He knew that Joshua was smarter than the rest of the class, so he let Joshua help other students during class. Sometime in the near future, students would go to this professor asking for help and he would send them to Joshua in the Library which is where he worked assisting more students. As a Federal Work Study Library Assistant, Joshua assisted more than 60 students daily regarding Microsoft products and Keyboarding programs. When students came to him with computer repair issues, he did those jobs at home for a small profit.
In April of 2015, Joshua graduated from Coastal Pines Technical College, named after the merger of Altamaha Technical College and Okefenkoee Technical College, and began independent contracting for his new employer after work. Defensive Aspects Group was a fairly new small security company and was in need of IT work in it’s new home. Joshua performed pc update, upgrades, networking, in addition to network security.
In 2017, Joshua also became an Independent Contractor for his next security company run by the same VP who started his own small security company. There he performed computer repairs, networking, radio programming, network radio programming, and other small jobs.
In 2020, the COVID-19 outbreak occurred. Joshua was left out of work from his employer due to layoffs. That’s when he started independent contracting with companies like Uber, DoorDash, Postmates, and more. Moreover, Joshua also became a public servant for the State of Georgia as a Public Notary in May of 2020. He is now able to notarize affidavits, jurats, witness, living wills, and last wills.
Today, Joshua performs Independent Contracting for delivery companies who are shorthanded in addition to providing non-profit notary services to guests of the Marshes of Glynn Library if a guest asks the circulation desk.
Joshua looks forward to expanding his company in the near future to include subscription boxes which would be sold online, as a starter, then tweaked in order to have a store front. Research is the #1 objective when expanding.
